Pre-requisites:
Settings>>Accessibility>>Contrast themes>>Aquatic/Desert mode

Repro Steps:

1. Open the above URL
2. The ‘Microsoft Graph Toolkit Playground' Overview page will get displayed.
3. Press tab key and navigate the home page.
4. Press tab key and navigate to the Copy button under 'From a CDN' and observe the issue.

Actual Result:
While navigating in Aquatic or Desert theme, Keyboard focus is not visible on the copy button.

Expected Result:
Keyboard focus should be visible on the copy button while navigating in the Aquatic or Desert theme,

When keyboard focus is not visible on the interactive elements in high contrast mode, customers who rely on that feature are affected by information and functionality of the full user experience within the site/app.
