Repro Steps:

1. Open the above URL
2. The ‘Microsoft Graph Toolkit Playground' Overview page will get displayed.
3. Press tab key and navigate the home page.
4. Press tab key and navigate to the Copy button under 'From a CDN' and press enter key to activate it.
5. Observe the issue

Actual Result:
Screen Reader is not conveying the copied information to the user when user is activating the copy button. It remains silent.

Expected Result:
Screen Reader should convey the copied information to the user while activating the copy button. After activating the copy button it should announce the information as 'Copied'.

Observation:
Same issue is repro with NVDA as well.

User Impact:
Users who rely on screen reader will be impacted as they will not able to know whether the action is performed or not if screen reader will not announce the information about the copy button.
