Accessibility: During a collaboration session, if I am following a person and that person switches to another file, the focus does not move to the editor automatically. #4934

Tool: Visual Studio Code Version 1.78.2
OS: Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise Version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1702), System Type x64
Extension version: Live Share Version: 1.0.5864
Target platform: Node & REact.

Steps to reproduce :

Join a collaboration session.
Follow another participant.
Ask the other participant to change to another file.
at least with JAWS and NVDA (the screen readers I have tested it on), the moment the participant you are following changes files, the focus disappears, and you have to manually go to the editor to start reviewing what that participant is doing.
