Hi @leviathanaxeislit - Unfortunately there isn't enough here for us to investigate further. Do you have further details on the issue you were seeing?

It was a one off incident, I tried checking the logs in location specified but couldn't find anything similar to the filename mentioned.

sorry to bump this thread,

my issues were solved once I replaced my HDD with SSD.

I feel this might be more of an HDD issue.
