error on flow Admin - Gather Tenant SRs
Error
Action 'Get_Parent_BU_for_ID' failed
this does it on 2 environments which are not in tenant

so flow fails

@Kajdabash Can you please share the error log from the failed flow action? This will help us better understand the issue. Also, Could you provide more details on your statement: 'this does it on 2 environments which are not in tenant so flow fails'?
