Please find if the user running the flow is a Sys Admin in the environment that is failing. Meaning this one:

Is there a way to make sure that the environments that are created has full access to the service account?
Do we have to manually add the service account to each environment that we create?

There was just a product change that shipped last week that made this no longer happen by default.
Please see #8119 for details and the temporary workaround we have in which you can use the solution offered to do this automatically.

Once the action is available everywhere we will ship with the kit itself, likely in the July release.
