Separate demo devices across individual .cpp files for easier maintenance #312

Demo devices such as DWheel or DStateDevice can be implemented in .cpp files separate from the parent DemoCamera hub device, similar to the implementation of the TriggerScopeMM hub. See further discussion in #307
