so that it can talk to the lnd lightning node

If ZMQ were enabled this is how LND could use it for its chain daemon

    [bitcoind]
    bitcoind.rpcpass=password
    bitcoind.rpcuser=bitcoinrpc
    bitcoind.zmqpath=tcp://127.0.0.1:28332
