Submit your entry on Challenge.gov.  Submissions must include: <ol> <li>The name of the contestant(s) and contact information.</li> <li>The entry category.</li> <li>A brief description of the video.</li> <li>A link to the YouTube video (when uploading the video to YouTube, choose the “Unlisted” category—do not upload as “Public” or “Private.”</li> <li>A video recording authorization and release form (with consent of guardian, if required).</li> </ol>
