Expand WebDAV support?

Hello! would it be possible to extend WebDAV support to other services were people have files they want to stream?
Unfortunately the Davio add-on isn't working anylonger and since there is qbittorrent WebDAV support, maybe it is possible to expand on this?

What would the file organization look like? The qBitTorrent and WebDAV are supported because qBitTorrent is used to download torrents in structured formats. LIt's downloading the video files inside the folder. The folder name is torrent info hash. So that I can quickly identify the downloaded torrent data. Likewise I'm not sure how Davio worked and how the file organizations are.
