Sublime Build command key map conflict

The default key map of ctrl+b for strongemphasis on windows system conflict to the key binding for sublime's Build command. I guess it is better to avoid ctrl+b by default.

I have changed them to ctrl+alt+b combinations. I also find conflict on ctrl+i (search function) and ctrl+k (found in default key binding file). A pull request has been initiated for the changes on key binding file and readme file.
