@brendano86 remove kadira:debug and update meteorhacks:kadira to the latest.

Error same me. And i change install to meteorhacks:kadira, has not error. But http://debug.kadiraio.com/debug show info Your app is using an older version of kadira:debugor it doesn't havekadira:debugpackage. Install the latest version ofkadira:debug.

I'm getting the same as @brendano86 and @vmdao on Meteor 1.4.1.2 and 1.5.0-beta.13.
