Docker Image for MeTa

Hello,

Couple days ago, I just created docker image for MeTa. But, I just lost in the middle because of permission and error while building MeTa. Currently, the image only contains forked Ubuntu image with already installed requirement package to build MeTa.

Hope, anybody find it useful and give me little help with permission and building MeTa on docker.
