t440p: doc: remove wrong image from README
abd48da 
the ch341a.jpg shows a different laptop. don't confuse people and remove
that picture from the README instead of adding the file.

are you ok with the removal? it would be confusing to add the other picture here. there are 2 pics already. thank you
