Description

After the new Locking implementation is audited, we should deploy it and upgrade Locking proxy to use the new implementation on Alfajores.

Acceptance Criteria

New Locking implementation is deployed to alfajores
Locking proxy is upgraded to use new implementation through MentoLabs Multisig
