Maven central upload?

Could these jars be uploaded to maven central? There's a few, older versions of this lib that aren't the "real" ones.

In the past we had issues with the eclipse dependencies being available on maven central
i do not think they push them there but push them to P2 repositories
We had in the past a artifactory repo that had the dependencies
i will look into the ramifications of putting 3rd party / eclipse in central

To be clear, as long as there's a maven native repo, I'd be fine.
