Curseforge downloading API

The below is an API to get a HUGE amount of info, including download links and dependencies, out of curseforge.

Only issue (and the reason I posted here instead of the python version) is that this API is a Java library.

We could consider using this to add as a second library for DeltaMC (which I'm now thinking looks and sounds better as MCDelta) that includes everything on CurseForge.
