Could you possibily add the feature to take into account DELAY Xms in the filename when dealing with audio file?

Such as:

003_cr DELAY -83ms.aac

Let's say that I have source DELAY -83ms.aac , destination DELAY 5ms.aac and source.ass

What can I do to have a proper destination.ass?
