Add the package to conda.

Describe the solution you'd like

maplocal needs updating to pydantic v2: update to pydantic v2 maplocal#2
Ideally the tests are fixed too for maplocal: ✅ Fix Tests maplocal#3
A conda-feedstock then needs to be created for maplocal
Once maplocal is available on conda, a conda-feedstock can then be created for ipyautoui.
