Ignore bots for the purposes of anythign that might require a role check

Turns out, the source of that "user object has not attribute roles" error is that humans are Member objects, while bots are Users. You can't get the roles of a User (at least, not the same way). I don't think bot infractions are really a concern, so let's ignore them please.
