Document issue with calls to empty code

EraVM can behave unexpectedly when making calls to empty addresses, hence why we have introduced a heuristic like matter-labs/foundry-zksync#513 to detect this early on.

I believe this is not documented in our book, hence users are not made aware of what that error means and how to avoid it
