Prevent Duplicate Categories

Should be some typeahead search kind of thing to prevent duplicate categories from being created in different budgets. If one is going to be duplicated in another budget, let the user know it already exists, and do they really want to copy it over from the previous month.

When creating a new budget, should minimize this by always copying the categories tree over from the previous month.
