Voting-site-links redirect to own website not voting-sites

Describe the bug
I put up 4 voting-sites in the config.php but when I click the button on the website, it just reopens my website and doesn't redirect to the appropriate link.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to config.php
2. Fill the arrays and uncomment them.
3. See error

Expected behavior
The voting-site should open.
