This will be a bit more complex. Requires a specialized page for desk workers that allows them to check in and out packages, a database and schema for packages, and an email system to notify users when a package has arrived.

This will require 2 new permissions groups: desk-worker and desk-captain, with corresponding permissions specific to package-related things.
