.setting("world_immutable", True/False) doesnt work #42

If you're using RaspberryJuice, I am pretty sure you can't set the world
immutable.

mcpi just returns whatever is passed to it.

It depends what API you are using. Like I said, if you are using
RaspberryJuice, no I dont think it does.
