how to use unix timestamp with DateTimeImmutable::createFromFormat

im writing a app and i have 2 time options: 2022-01-26T18:45:00.000Z or 1643222700000 how could i parse one of these to createfromformat

help would be greatly apperciated

i currently have the following code

            new DateTime(DateTimeImmutable::createFromFormat('U',$data["fromUnixOffset"]), true), 
            new DateTime(DateTimeImmutable::createFromFormat('U',$data["toUnixOffset"]), true) 
        ));

with the error:
