Error using mex (line 206) Unable to complete successfully. #21
Comments
Hi Sepher, the kit installation routines simply set some paths and make
sure that you have all the required files and folders in your path. Then,
tries to compile some MEX C lang. routines into binaries. Unfortunately,
the MEX compiler was not properly included in the last Matlab versions I
used (2011, 12 and 13) and required some extra installation, you can google
how to set up the MEX compiler. For this reason, I included several
pre-compiled binaries, so, sometimes this message is just a warning, cause
the kit already works, you can try some examples in the example folder.
Good luck,
M.

Thank you for your answer.
I installed matlab 2013 and then installed visual studio 2010 professional
and then ran the mex -setup command on matlab. The corresponding compiler
got installed and after that the kit got installed completely without any
errors as well!

Dear dr.Llamedo
*sorry to bother you again!*
*I wanted to know the ECG-kit's strengths and weaknesses from your point of
view because you have actually created this amazing kit!*
I need to know the pros and cons of this kit for my final project of
Biomedical signal processing course at University.
sincerely
Sepehr Kalanaki
