the save don't show up in town

Hi its been a months now after the update i can't save anymore the file in the town its show me a new town to create like to restart the game and idk what its the problem i try be myself reading the help note but nothing, i used checkpoint and jksm but nothing i try different web browser but nothing... i tried to edit one little thing to see if its the space but nothing the savegame keep repeating garden_plus like that to garden_plus((12) and everytime when i restore the file i keep having a restart game... also im putting the savegame in the right place. i'll be grateful if someone can help me

Try to delete all garden_plus duplicates, then rename the most recent one to garden_plus.dat.

There should be only a single garden_plus or the savegame will fail to load.
