I tried changing the villagers in Korean version of Animal Crossing: New Leaf Welcome amiibo. I left the default settings. They seem to change okay, but their catchphrases change to the English version instead of Korean.

The editor doesn't have a database for korean strings, that's why they appear in english by default.

Unfortunately, I currently don't have time to data mine the korean files.
