Desired Behaviour

We should add a settings tab in Mantid Imaging to allow users to choose: whether to output log information, a log directory to output logs too, log level, retention time of logs, whether to overwrite output log each time MI starts or create new log files in the specified directory.

By default, logs should be outputted to a file.

Providing additionla settings to configure logs will help improved error reporting from users.

Current Behaviour

Users are not able to configure logging within Mantid Imaging.
