output file not found

Hello,
I am using RagTag in a Snakemake pipeline, but when running the RagTag_scaffold option, I get the following error: "Error: Scaffolded assembly file not found." It fails to generate the expected output file. It only generates these three files: ragtag.scaffold.asm.paf.log, ragtag.scaffold.err, and ragtag.scaffold.asm.paf. Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue?
