From delta file to agp and to fasta file of scaffolded assembly?

Hi,

I got a delta file of my querry assembly agaisnt a ref genome and the correspoding ncumer coords file too. Is there a way to transform that to agp and then use the agp file to get a fasta file of the construction of pseudomolecules/scaffolding file?

I see you got a tool for agp2fasta, but how I transform my delta to agp format first?
