I've broken the USB plug of my MKS-Robin-E3-E3D v1.0 , in my current Marlin firmware I have:

#define SERIAL_PORT 1
#define BAUDRATE 115200

Can I use the AUX1 pins to connect via USB or at least serial (to an FTDI adapter, or I can find a RaspberryPi)?

I tried cutting a USB cable and connecting GROUND D- D+ into AUX1 (board powered by the printer PSU) to my computer but it does not work,
I tried to connect TX - RX - GROUND to an FTDI adapter and it does not work.
