Since Facebook changed some things, we had to adapt this API. Now all data to thread list and friend list comes from main HTML response parsed and loaded. Additional work has to be made (e.g. formatters). Mention #3

In this commit, a lot has been disabled, commented or deleted. However, thread & friend list are functioning. I hope this won't be a disaster. Mentioning #3

Well, this is a really cool library, but threadList is a feature that I really need so I wonder when this feature will be implemented. Thanks
