Hi
It more a question then feature, I have tried to use you binary in the GCP and got the following error: failed to get mac address: could not find network interfaces with a valid Mac address
now that kinda make sense as gcp wont allow that low access.
I didnt really went deep inside the code of your tool, but maybe you could explain why you need the Mac address and if there is a work around not to use it ?

Apple's API uses a unique identifier derived from the hardware's Mac address. Theoretically, something like #321 would allow you to run the tool and supply the GUID manually.
