Minor enhancements to the browser authorised apps list could turn it into a very useful application manager from where the user can organise and activate both web apps and desktop apps which have previously been authorised (including those which have been de-authorised, though that not necessary for a first implementation). This is reminiscent of one of the UI's envisaged by MaidSafe in the run up to creating the first, now defunct, 'SAFE Launcher' which was to include an app manager. I would be surprised if MaidSafe or devs don't already have plans for this, so I take no credit. As I said, it was discussed king ago!

It would also be nice if “Authorised Apps” icons had a link to the app/websites

This is an excellent and easy to implement suggestion 👍
Rather than making WHM (and other things) part of f the browser, I think it's an opportunity for third party developers to provide things like this in a Web App. Combine that with a link in the authorised apps list (as Eddy suggests) and you have the makings of a desktop within the browser from where users can access the apps they have authorised. For desktop apps, the link could activate the desktop app rather than go to a website. Very nice
