Describe the solution you'd like
We want to be able to generate bindings from newest versions of Anchor. The strategy is TBD.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We considered using Codama, but it relies on Web3.js 2.0, which introduces breaking changes. Our goal is to support both versions 1.x and 2.x once 2.x achieves broader adoption.
