The bottom link reduces visibility of the text below and leads to accidental clicks on the link when scrolling:

Ideally, the link should not be in the visible all the time on mobile, or at least be placed in the background instead of being placed in front of the text as the accidental redirects when scrolling can be pretty frustrating.
