Layout issues on iPads (landscape mode)

The biggest issue is that the "go back to 3D world"-button seemingly disappears. Actually it just moves above the compass menu and can be accessed by scrolling up further, but it's very irritating.

This seems to be related to browser chrome like adressbars dynamically appearing and disappearing.

There are also some more minor issues like the left and right arrows on the carousel missing, or the tab indicators on the gallery (the white dots between the aforementioned arrows) are being stretched
