ProfileBannerSkins.css makes Discord a log laggier

I have had long-lasting performance issues with BD, but for once, i turned myself to custom CSS instead of plugins, and started moving my snippets in and out to see what helped.

I found out that ProfileBannerSkins.css seems to make Discord a lot slower and choppier, at least for me. I only have very basic CSS knowledge, I can't say for sure how or why, or if it can even be helped. I was using the snippet with @import in custom CSS for a while now.

I've had this issue on Windows 11, with Stable and PTB, on various BD versions up to the latest one
