dev.to is an actual functioning (online) community with a CoC based on the Contributor Covenant.

compare and contrast with our CoC and make changes as we feel appropriate.

actually the three-section format I like (Our pledge / Our Standards / Enforcement) is from the Contributor Covenant v1.4 so upgrading would be nice.
