dependency incompatibility

i have tried to install the dependencies on a windows machine , and i got the following error:
"[email protected]: The platform "win32" is incompatible with this module."
thought that a linux machine would solve the issue , so i went to my ubuntu machine yet got the same problem with another error message:
" [email protected]: The platform "linux" is incompatible with this module."
can you specify what environment are you using ?
we can ultimately make a docker container for the project to solve the issue.
