The current version supports Vue 2. Create a major version that supports Vue 3, then document the upgrade process for developers using this package.

That said, doesn't SheetJS handle Vue 3 now? If so, this might be a task to update the README with instructions that point developers to SheetJS's documentation on Vue 3.
