Creating a method to make it work for minutes/ seconds only

I am trying to make this work wiht minutes and seconds only, but it doesn't seemt to be laying out correctly - can you give some guidance on where to make changes if I post up my work so far.

I had a go at doing the work myself - I found the easiest approach was just to hide the hours instead of recalculating everyying to makeit flexible and quick enough to use.
