Mouse keeps activating pull-down notifications menu

I am using a real mouse for input. It works ok, but uae4arm doesn't grab the android system mouse pointer, so the real mouse pointer is constantly working its way up to activate the notifications tray. When this happens then any click takes you out of uae4arm.
