Hangs at SDL screen "No need to download" / "2/2 finished"

OS: Android 4.4 - on a very locked down device (with adb access)

Whenever I try running uae4arm, it hangs at the SDL screen with "No Need to Download" or "2/2 finished" (first time).

• sidenote; uae4all loads for the first time, then does similar- I changed the conf file, perhaps it's a similar issue?

Made a log from adb to help find the issue.

8Hi in and change your default directory to something else.. so it doesn't get erased. Then go to settings apps and clear data on it.. then change directory back and run it..

This has happened to me alot.. usually they app loses permission to use the device.. clearing the data makes it re-ask for permission.
