Filter out certain issues/PRs by label in base metrics

This is partially related to #255

My current activity stats in the base metrics say that I've made a lot of comments. I suspect that this number is hugely boosted by the number of dependabot commands I performed via PR comments. Would it be reasonable to skip certain issue metrics by filtering out a label or the issue author?

Thinking about this some more, there could be some actual discussion in an issue created by a bot.
For example,

@.example-maintainer should this bot's PR be merged?

Not so sure if this feature would be useful, now 🤔

It may be a bit difficult to implement this 😕

Unlike #255, comments are not fetched directly and instead are retrieved through GraphQL API using totalCount. AFAIK there isn't a way of filtering it easily unfortunately...

So one would need to fetch all user's issues and pull requests individually to check labels and content (or maybe use the search api) but I'm not sure how far you can get. Without being able to load batch of issues you may hit the rate limiter quite easily 🤔
