RN new arch is largely not functional

APM Android RN New Arch will stop being responsive when set to the background and being waken up from the notification panel.

need to test the RNTP example app.

i dont know why i keep enabling newarch then found it unusable then keep opening and xlosing this issue

newarch is crap. do not use. period. pinning.

more issues:

• sentry.nativeCrash does not crash;
• text-ticker sometimes gets width wrong; specifically 萨菲罗斯男人中的男人
• general unresponsiveness after being in the background for a while
• more sluggish drawer animation

解决了setState在后台更新会导致崩溃的问题

但仍然有使用一段时间后动画明显卡顿的问题，根本没法用

the lag only shows when there is playback. perhaps this is tied to setState performance/useProgress?
need to build a newarch prod build without any progress bars
