Add pagination to the endpoint get-sequences and adapt the frontend to use it.

Nota bene: This was part of #1000 before.

Filter (dont show errors etc) needs to be integrated in pagination.

@theosanderson how important is the show warnings filter? warnings does not have an own status and therefore it is not straight forward to filter for them via our endpoint.
