Move tor data dir from /var/lib/tor to /media/important/tor so that hostname renames the same throughout upgrades

Can we put Tor into a docker container instead?

Have plans on nuking the lnd tor v2 endpoint, as its already generated

We probably need a container for this first

More concretely the tor host name would be set within the single config file and propagate from there during orchestration
